Who should participate
To be eligible for Emergency Water Heater Replacement, you must:
- Be an active PCE residential customer.
- Be the legal owner of the residence.
- Residence must be a single-family home (up to fourplex).
- Replace your existing gas water heater with a heat pump water heater.
Income-qualified homeowners may receive no-cost installations.
