Overview
Peninsula Clean Energy (PCE) & Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) are releasing a joint Request for Proposals (RFP) for Data Management Services. Prospective respondents should submit a comprehensive plan and outline of their billing services as well as their experience in the electric utility industry. The scope of work and additional details can be found in the RFP attachment below.
Respondents’ offers must be submitted by Monday, August 26, 2024, 5 p.m. PPT. Offers must include the required documents described in the RFP instructions (see RFP document, below). Only electronic submittals will be accepted via Box, and interested parties should send an email to info@peninsulacleanenergy.com to request an invite link. Please include “PCE & SVCE RFP for Data Management Services, Offer from [Company Name]” in the subject line. Once received a Box link will be shared for submittal. Late proposals shall be rejected. This deadline is absolute, and proposals received after the due date and time shall not be considered. All proposals must meet the requirements of the RFP to be considered. However, Peninsula Clean Energy & Silicon Valley Clean Energy each reserve the right to waive any deficiency of an offer.
Questions are due no later than Friday, July 26, 2024. Respondents are encouraged to submit questions concerning the RFP. Please send communications only to the email listed above and not to the individual contacts’ email addresses. Emails sent to individual contacts and not to the above email may not be reviewed or responded to.
