On the bill you get from PG&E each month, there is one key line item among the list of PG&E delivery charges:
“Peninsula Clean Energy Electric Generation Charges”
This is the cost for the cheaper electricity you get from us. Compared to what PG&E bills for electricity, PCE electricity costs 5%-11% less per month.

What is the “Electric Delivery” charge on my bill?
This line item charge is the cost from PG&E to deliver your electricity to you and to maintain their power lines and infrastructure.
PG&E charges its own customers and PCE customers the same rate for delivery charges.
